Recession

Ekonomi meleset?? Tu la keadaan ekonomi global sekarang nih..Nak x nak...Kita akan terkena tempiasnya...
Berikut ada beberapa langkah yang boleh kita cuba praktikkan di kala ekonomi sedang meruncing ini....

Suggestions:
  1. Don't take any loans, buy homes, properties with loans, or evencash. Keep as much cash as possible.
  2. Pay off as much of personal loans, private loans, as debt collectionwill be hastened.
  3. Sell any stocks you can even at lower prices.
  4. Take money off from Trust Funds.
  5. Don't believe in huge sales forecast from customers, be extremelyprudent, lowest inventories, reduce liabilities.
  6. Don't invest in new capital.
  7. If you are selling homes/ properties/ cars , do it now, when you canget good prices, they are going to fall.
  8. Don't invest in new business proposals.
  9. Cancel holiday plans using credit cards.
  10. Don't change jobs, as companies will retrench based on 'last infirst out'.

1. i won't sell my stock even at lower prices because the price will increase again in the matter of time, as you can see the stock is coming up for a while last month and fall down later.

2. i don't keep cash as much as possible, as it's better to diversify your investment because currency value could depreciate further and you will loose more.

3. i don't sell properties for the time being especially at lower price because we're not like in US, once the recession is over, then we could sell it.

4. investment in new capital is risky but it's better than shares.

5. no pay all your debt, better diversify your existing cash, in malaysia, debt collector won't find you unless the bank is going to be bankrupt.

thanks for the not-so-productive @ copy-paste suggestions.
